Target application platforms.

The ToolKit provides the unique time stamp functionality.  This extends your current environment to include time stamp support.

C Toolkit supporting Microsoft CryptoAPI

Windows NT/2000/XP.   NT 4.0 SP3 or later (or Windows NT 4.0 with Internet Explorer 3.02 or later).
Windows 98
Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 3.02 or later
Requires crypt32.lib in path.

Java version of Toolkit

 Requires VM 1.1.7 or greater. To verify the RSA signature locally then VM 1.3 or other RSA provider is required.

Your environment requires:
1. Internet communications to transmit the time stamp request.
2. (Optional)  PKCS7 signature verification
